Book of the Week :: Zoo Parade

Welcome to another story time. Today, let's look at yet another wonderful book, selected by Liya from library- Zoo Parade!
 LEAPING, PRANCING,
DANCING, SWINGING...
WITH THE ANIMAL PARADE...
I have never heard about this book before. But as you know, Liya is always fascinated by animals. She loves animal books and we read a lot of them. She picked this from library and was so obstiante that I must borrow it. Well, I did...!

So what did we learn through this book? That's the interesting part, not just Liya I also learned few things...:) It talks about how different animals 'walk'..? Do you know the exact 'term' for 'the walking' of all animals. Honestly, I didn't know or I had simply forgotten. {yeah... getting older...;)}

Hence, we joined the zoo parade and learned-

How to...
          PRANCE like a lion...
          DANCE like a gazalle...
          SAUNTER like a giraffe...
          JUMP like Kangaroo...
          MARCH like a camel with a bumpy hump
          TIP TOE like an elephant
          LEAP like a tiger
          RACE like a leopard
          SWING like a monkey

Have a great rest of the week!
