Fun in the pool

Dad is away for a day and two nights...
It's girls' time again in our household.

“I cannot endure to waste anything so precious as autumnal sunshine by staying in the house."

Said Nathaniel Hawthorne, so do we.
Summer is at peak in India
*not autumn*
and
the water shimmered under a brazen sky as we headed to the pool!
Did I ever tell you, ours is a "not so brave" little girl,
 over self—protective by birth.
Born to a mum who loves adventures!
Yet, girl is fearful when it comes to taking a risk!

She loves going to pool,
To float and swim on a swim ring,
Provided dad is there a step away!

This is her first-time "alone" experience in the pool
though, in a toddler pool
Believe me, she has never gone to toddler pool alone before...
Always played in the adult pool with dad swimming around.. :)

Yay, it was an adventurous day for the girl.
She is happy for the accomplishment
And determined to try every next time. In Sha Allah!

Have a great weekend!

  12. I am so glad she enjoyed in the pool! My little one loves waters so whenever we have a perfect day here in Dubai we make sure we take him to the beach or in a swimming pool. We hope to make regular visits to the pool in the coming summer.
