[Tour with PL] At Madame Tussauds

Our next destination was Madame Tussauds wax museum, located at Times Square. This is a major tourists attraction, displaying waxworks of historical and royal figures, film stars, sports stars etc.
Liya was all active and lively after a sound nap during our Brooklyn trip. We did not spent a lot of time in MT. Honestly, we both are not film freaks. But we definitely enjoyed watching the amusing wax statues, which appeared like original.

*Trust me, after getting out from the area, for a long time I was confused whether people I met on the road were originals or waxworks....lol!*

Curiously watching the Indian movie icon Amitabh Bachan.
A tête-à-tête with popular Indian movie actor Sharuk Khan.
A serious discussion with the Father of our Nation (India)- Gandhiji
Sparing moments with the first men landed on the moon.

Now, have a look at Liya's expressions...
A lots of astonishments...
speechless moments...
...a bit of confusion
 never ending adventures...
...moments of fear...
and dwindling in thoughts...:)

  4. Oh I love Madame Toussaud's! I am a huge movie freak though...I have to admit! LOL! It looks like there are a lot of new wax statues since I was there 4 years ago. My favorite was George Clooney (love him!)...I definitely had to get a picture of him me while I was there. LOL

  7. Lexie- I know, I feel proud and happy to see her being so patient even during tougher times. I wish she will be the same as she grows up, as well. ;)

You are right, we are growing up children together through VB, I see lots of Moms with different culture, ethnicity, faith.. etc making friendships and sharing parenthood stories. That's really exciting and I admire you for the idea behind and your consistent hard work to maintain VB as an active group with a motto -let's help each other. :)
